Our travel planning services can be offered to your staff as a company benefit or as individual staff rewards, incentives and gift vouchers.
Gift Vouchers
Starting at $160.00 for 2 travel planning units.
Pre Purchase
Purchase travel planning units to be distributed throughout your company as: an incentive for reaching targets; to reward or motivate staff or as a gift for any occasion.
$1,000–buys $1,120 of travel planning services
This will provide you with 14 travel planning units to be utilised within a 12 month period.
$2,500–buys $3,120 of travel planning services
This will provide you with 39 travel planning units to be utilised within a 12 month period.
$5,000–buys $7,120 of travel planning services
This will provide you with 89 travel planning units to be utilised within a 12 month period.
Per Employee
Based on the assumption that 10% of employees utilised our Travel Planning Serviceswith an average usage of 2 travel planning units per itinerary at a cost of $70.00 per unit. Accordingly you would pay a lump sum at the commencement of your contract based on 10% of your total employees, multiplied by $140.00 (rate of 2 Travel Planning Units).
Example
Company has 1,000 employees and we estimate that 100 of these would utilise our service in a 12 month period.
100 x $140.00 = $14,000 which equates to $14.00 per employee.
We reserve the right to alter this cost if actual usage was significantly different to that assumed within the initial contract period.
